Treatment Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a treatment appointment.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

2. Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be subject to the applicable booking terms.

Any cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits must be communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed and will be subject to applicable law.

3. Refunds

Treatment booking payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Sumi Wellness is unable to provide the booked service and a refund is appropriate.

If Sumi Wellness needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund where applicable.
